ようこそ！ "Lila"とはサンスクリット語で「遊び」の意味です。この場所は、家主だけでなく、様々な仲間と楽しみながら作り上げたみんなの遊び場です。私がヨガを通して学んできたこと。みんながそれぞれの経験を通して培ってきたもの。そのキラキラを、楽しい事や面白いもの好きが集まってシェアできる空間です。ヨガに限らず、楽しい事なら何でもウェルカム！ここは、年齢も国籍も職業も関係なく、みんなが集い、ありのままの自分を楽しむことができる「おうち」の様でありたいと思っております。

Dear My friends,
The Sanskrit word "Lila" means "play" in English. this is the place where we can get together and share the sparkles in our lives. Things I learned through yoga, things each person experienced through their life... From these sparkles and light, not only me, but many people around me created this play space together.
Age, Nationality, occupation, etc..it doesn't matter. This tiny old Japanese house is wide open to everyone. You will be welcomed anytime. Please make yourself at home and just enjoy being yourself. In love with appreciation, xoxoxo
